The Griffin Group Inc. claims it loaned the money to McMahon, Johnny Carson’s sidekick on the “Tonight” show, in 2005. The company filed the suit on Thursday and states that none of the loan has been repaid.

McMahon’s publicist didn’t directly address the lawsuit, instead asking, “Anybody wanna buy a nice house in The Summit?”

The quote is an allusion to McMahon’s hilltop home, which is facing foreclosure. The former pitchman also faces numerous other lawsuits filed on behalf of creditors.

Griffin, the longtime talk-show host who created “Jeopardy” and “Wheel of Fortune,” died in 2007. But it seems his corpse is a real mother fucker.

A magistrates court imposed the ban, which runs until March 25, at a hearing last Thursday following a request from the police.

British-based Heat magazine reported earlier Monday that photographer/Spears-ex Adnan Ghalib confirmed to them he has a sex tape of himself with the pop star.

 However, a source close to Britney Spears is throwing cold water on the Heat story.

“The story is completely false,” the source tells E! News.

Spears’ rep at Jive Records has not responded to calls seeking comment.

Ghalib is also playing hard to get. His cell phone number is disconnected. His former photo agency, JFX, tells E! News that Ghalib “never worked for us” and has not been able to provide any contact information for him.

The Los Angeles Times reported that the 47-year-old star of television shows such as Melrose Place” was arrested on Saturday night. Sources said she was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription drugs, and that she was released without having to post bail. A California Highway Patrol official confirmed the arrest but gave no details.

Locklear checked into an Arizona medical facility in June suffering from anxiety and depression.

News reports said on Saturday that a witness saw Locklear driving erratically when leaving a parking lot. A California Highway Patrol officer later found her car parked on a highway and blocking a traffic lane in Montecito, near Santa Barbara, about 90 miles northwest of Los Angeles.

The officer believed Locklear was under the influence and arrested her, according to reports.

A judge ruled Friday that Brancato and co-defendant Steven Armento would be tried separately. Prosecutors wanted them tried together.

Authorities say they broke into an apartment to look for prescription drugs in 2005. Officer Daniel Enchautegui confronted them and was killed in a shootout. Armento is accused of firing the fatal shot.
