After three inches of snow fell in Virginia, a 17-year-old high school student called the school admistrator at home complaining as to why classes hadn’t been cancelled.
The administrator, Dean Tistadt, didn’t call back, but his wife Candy did, with a angry retort in which she let’s the student have a piece of her mind.
