Busted

 Smallville actor Sam Jones III was arrested by Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) officials in Los Angeles on Wednesday morning (Oct 21, 2009) .

Prosecutors claim Jones was a “co-conspirator” and the “Hollywood connection” in a plot to illegally purchase and distribute more than 10,000 oxycodone pills, according to federal court documents.

Jones has been charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute.

He faces up to 20 years in federal prison if convicted.
