Songwriter Nickolas Ashford dies at age 70

Songwriter Nickolas Ashford, who penned such rhythm and blues hits as “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” and “I’m Every Woman” with his wife Valerie Simpson, died on Monday at age 70.
