Dykes on Mics in NYC
Dykes on Mics is a weekly comedy show in Manhattan’s West Village. It is hosted and produced by four of the most hilarious lesbians ever to hold a phallic shaped microphone. Each week Leah Dubie, Jackie Monahan, Amy Beckerman and Gloria Bigelow welcome some of the city’s most sought after comedic talent as well as the newest wave of up and comers. Past guests have included Shawn Hollenbach, Claudia Cogan, Danny Leary, Anne Neczypor and Becky Donohue. Located downstairs in the cabaret room at RubyFruit Bar & Grill, this show has gained a loyal following of gays, straights and lovers of fancy white table cloths.
