National Poll Shows Gay, Lesbian and Bisexual Voters Choose Clinton

A Hunter College Poll found that 63% of lesbian, gay and bisexual Democratic voters support Senator Hillary Clinton in the upcoming race for the White House. Coming in second was Senator Barack Obama with 22% followed by John Edwards with 7%.

House Passes the Employment Non-Discrimination Act

The first ever ban against the discrimination of gays, lesbians and bisexuals in the workplace was approved yesterday by the House of Representatives.
The bill now needs to pass through the Senate and if it is approved, the proposal is expected to be vetoed by President Bush.
